Charges apply when messages you send are delivered. What is a service charge ?

For users on our free plan, there is an additional charge of 0.01 USD per conversation, in addition to WhatsApp's charges. However, for users already subscribed to a plan, there are no additional costs beyond what WhatsApp charges.

Can I receive a refund for funds deposited into my Wallet?

No, we do not offer refunds for funds already deposited into your wallet. Please be aware that wallet credits expire after one year if they are not utilized.
